Progress continues on our living room transformation!  In case you are new here, we’re participating in a semi annual event at Calling It Home where interior designers and bloggers choose one Room to transform in 6 weeks & share their progress weekly.  We’ve chosen to update our living room and I’m really pleased with how it’s coming along nicely!

As you can see here the ottoman arrived way earlier than scheduled!  Thank goodness!  I was nervous about that one!  When I placed the order and saw the delivery date was November 11th I nearly freaked, but I stuck with my selection & low and behold it made it!   And I love it!

I just picked up the Fiddle Leaf Fig tree today, that I special ordered at Dwellings, a local home decor shop that my brother owns.  I love how it looks in this corner of the living room.  It needs some tweaking still, but I’m really pleased with this too.  That area needed some height.

Now in the next two weeks, I’m going to work on window treatments, some storage solutions & basic decor to finish the look.  And oh yeah Pray that the new sofa can get here in time too!!!
