Well it’s Week 3 of our Living Room transformation. In case you are new here, we are participating as a guest in the One Room Challenge a semi-annual event at Calling It Home where interior designers and bloggers transform one room in 6 weeks and share there progress & updates on their designs weekly. We are in the process of transforming our living room & sharing our progress.
As you can see a peak here, our Samson rug from Dash & Albert has arrived and has been installed. I am completely in love with it, as I shared last week! Our chairs have arrived and been installed also. Yes, I still need to steam the skirts, but I was excited to share of our progress this week. I’ve also made a few adjustments on my pillow plan. For those of you who are new here & may not know much about me, my brother owns a home decor & accessories shop, Dwellings, here in our hometown of Le Claire, Iowa. I’m a very lucky girl to have such a great design resource! When I came across these pillows in the shop I adjusted my original pillow plan a bit & decided to shop local! I’m still planning to order a couple of the pillows from my original design plan I shared during Week 1, but since it’s Fall, I liked the feel of this pillow combination for now. Confession…I am a pillow addict & I tend to change pillows often! Maybe even too often according to my husband….but who’s counting!
